General Information

 Rates are seasonal and vary from $99 to $259 per night. There is an additional  $25.00 charge per person after double occupancy. We have a flat fee of  $25 for a pet. Posted rates are subject to change. Lower rates may be  available November 1st to May 1st. Rates may be slightly higher May 1st  to October 31st. 

 Smoking is  allowed outside and in designated areas. Our desk, with consierge  service, is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Daily  housekeeping is available. 

Your credit card will be charged the day before your stay. 

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. If Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, Guest must notify Owner in writing via email. Cancellation to a single reservation may be made prior to 48 hours in advance. If you book more than 2 cottages, cancellations must be made 14 days in advance. If you must cancel after the cancellation period, part of your rent may not be refunded. If we can rebook your rental dates, you will be refunded, less $60.00. 

 Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Please keep us informed of your estimated arrival time. 

 We ask that you check out by 11:00 a.m. in order for us to prepare for the following guest's arrival. A late check out may be arranged at the time of your reservation. 

Coho Cottages is located in Willow Creek, California on Scenic Highway 299. We are one hours drive East of Highway 101 from Arcata and two hours West of Interstate 5 from Redding.
